Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. During launches, sales, or busy periods dispatch may take longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll email you.
Packaging
Prints are shipped flat or rolled in a sturdy tube, depending on size and format. We pack carefully to protect the work in transit.
Worldwide shipping & tracking
We ship worldwide using reputable courier/postal services. Tracking is provided where available. If your service includes tracking, you’ll receive details once dispatched.
Estimated delivery times (guidance only)
Delivery times vary by destination and local carriers. Estimates aren’t guaranteed and can be affected by customs, local delivery networks, weather, and peak periods.
Customs & import charges (international)
International orders may be subject to local import VAT, duties, and handling fees. These are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can re-send it, but you may need to pay the shipping cost again.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll help. We’ll work with the carrier to locate the parcel and agree next steps.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email support@todayspapers.co as soon as possible with photos of:

the outer packaging,
-
the damaged item, and
-
the shipping label.
We’ll arrange a replacement (if available) or a refund.
